Uitstekende juridische bijstand door Mr. Frederik HogewindIk ben buitengewoon tevreden over de juridische bijstand van advocaat Mr. Frederik Hogewind in mijn strafzaak. Ik werd verdacht van gewoontewitwassen van 297,7 Bitcoins, met een eis van het Openbaar Ministerie van 10 maanden gevangenisstraf (waarvan 4 maanden voorwaardelijk met een proeftijd van 2 jaar) en een geldboete van €16.000.Mr. Hogewind heeft mijn zaak met grote deskundigheid en overtuiging verdedigd. Hij wist aan te tonen dat de Bitcoins niet van misdrijf afkomstig waren en dat er geen bewijs was dat deze verbonden waren met het darknet. Zijn grondige voorbereiding en sterke argumentatie hebben uiteindelijk geleid tot een volledige vrijspraak door de Rechtbank Amsterdam binnen slechts twee weken.Dankzij zijn expertise en toewijding ben ik volledig vrijgesproken van alle beschuldigingen. Dhr Hans Nillesen heeft mij bijgestaan met een arbeidsrechtelijke zaak waar de tegenpartij zeer helder verkeerd zat in hun interpretatie van de arbeidsrecht. Echter was de zaak alles behalve gewoon dankzij hun extreem wispelturige en gebrekkige communicatie.
